Asset & Inventory Module is designed to collect basic information on assets and infrastructure applied by UPSRTC Depots pertaining to the administration, operations and services. The purpose of assembling a depot-wise inventory is to improve the UPSRTC’s ability to project capital costs for the replacement (and necessary capital renewal activities) of existing transit assets in the future. This information supports the UPSRTC regarding cost estimates of transit capital and operational. These estimates directly influence the UPSRTC’s annual budget request submitted to the Transport Department, GoUP.
